Printing Accuracy:

When you are using our site to order personalised goods you are responsible for the correct spelling of the information / names you provide us. We are not responsible for any spelling mistakes that are made when placing your order. We print many thousands of orders per month, and it is impossible for us to check and verify the spelling of names. If you place an order and you make a spelling mistake, I am afraid this is your responsibility, and we are not liable for replacements.

Colour Accuracy:

When you view items on your mobile or desktop PC, displays differ and there may a slight difference in the colours you displayed on your monitor to the actual printed colour of your item.
 

Delayed or Lost Products:

Art Emporium will not be liable for any financial damages occurring from the result of lost delayed or damaged orders / products other than the replacement value of the order placed.

Offensive Materials

If you use our website for uploading of personalised designs Art Emporium has the total discretion to reject or refuse to print any designs without reason
