If you have ordered a personalised product and there is a spelling mistake, we understand how frustrating this can be and we ask all our customers to double check their spelling before placing an order but, we cannot exchange a product or accept a return if you have uploaded an incorrect name or spelling.
Our staff do look out for any obvious mistakes and if we see anything we think is wrong we will contact you however, if we do miss something as we say we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
